What are your operating hours?

Our OPD operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. However, our Emergency Services are available 24/7 for urgent medical needs.

Where is the hospital located?

Can I visit patients outside visiting hours?

Regular visiting hours are 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. For special circumstances, please speak with the nurse on duty.

Billing Questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and various private health insurance plans. Please bring your valid insurance card during your visit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payments, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and major insurance plans including NHIS.
